Hi, there is a manhole outside my flat, directly outside Roni’s (bottom of Swain’s Lane) that is loose. Every car that drives over it creates a bang, so that’s a bang every five seconds, it’s incredibly annoying and making it impossible to sleep. Could someone please replace it! Many Thanks
