This manhole cover has been making a noise every time a car drives over it. It has been making a noise for months.

It is located outside an old persons' sheltered accommodation. Please can you kindly fix?

  • Virgin Media have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Virgin Media under reference VM/CIP/473247 and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
