Since this morning, with the closure of William Road, it's not possible to legally reach Netley Street by car.
My mother-in-law is current staying. She is a wheelchair user and needs access to our car in order to leave our home.
Since Hampstead is closed at Drummond Street, and now both Drummond Street and William Road are closed, and given that you can't turn right onto Hampstead Road out of Robert Street, we can't reach our home on Netley Street by car.
Please remove the ban on turning right on Robert St as currently the only way to reach our house by car is by turning right here. Which is illegal.
Can I also request that once William Road reopens, and if Drummond St remains closed as it has been for the last few weeks, the restriction on cars during school arrive/depart times is removed because, again, this makes it impossible to reach our house legally or without getting fined during those hours.
It surprises me that no provision for this has been made, or advice given to residents.

Thank you for getting in touch and raising an important issue - we have asked the contractors to bag over the banned right turn sign and the left ahead sign (suspending the restriction). The restriction will go back into force once Hampstead Road is reopened.
