Urgent Complaint Regarding Road Closure on Grafton road
I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the recent road closure implemented at the beginning of Grafton Road, which was put in place last week. I reside on Grafton Road, and this new closure has caused significant inconvenience to myself and other residents.
Previously, a similar closure was enacted at the opposite end of the road, near the primary school. This did not impact us as severely, as most residents, this closure has not only disrupted our usual route but also added at least 15 minutes to our travel time, which is a substantial inconvenience. Given that this road serves as a crucial access point for many residents, I urge the council and Transport for London to reconsider this measure. It is essential that we find a solution that addresses the intended improvements without unduly affecting local residents.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

I have re-catogorised your report under under the correct option of 'Transport Planning Referrals' The category you choose 'Road Markings' is for reporting faded and missing yellow single & double lines, parking bays etc..that need repainting, so it has come through to the wrong department. Kind regards.
Category changed from ‘Road Markings’ to ‘Transport Planning Referrals’
