On Regis road, 4 in total, 2 before police back door and 2 opposite side of ups centre

Hi the public light on Regis road is terrible very few light and very dim. On top of that 4 of them have been broken for months. My colleagues and I walk this road at night after work and it doesn’t feel safe. I couldn’t pin point the exact light on the map so they might be under a different jurisdiction but this was the only platform I could find, if it’s not under your control I would very much appreciate if you could forwarded it to who can fix the issue.
