The public/footpath is blocked by this traders stall bins. They encroach over the boundary of the alotted space. This causes pedestrians to walk into the road which is also a bus lane. I have been almost been hit by a car on two occasions. When people stop to browse they then obstruct safe passage for other pedestrians. If this is not the correct place to raise this issue please directe to the correct place. Thanks.
