The right of way, public highway between 32 Ulysses road to Agamemnon Road has been blocked by an illegal set of gates between 37a and 38 Agamemnon Road. This is a public footpath, and the public need to be able to pass through unhindered. The gates have gone up recently, as can be seen in google street view.
