Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6426946.

I am contacting on behalf of my client NSPCC regarding some railings outside their premises at 7-8 Greenland Place, Camden.

My client owns the freehold at the property, but I believe the railings are outside the title boundary, on the road outside.

My client has been having issues due to anti-social behaviour outside their site, with people often sitting on these railings and using illicit substances. The site needs to be open 24/7 but NSPCC staff are feeling unsafe as a result.

My client would like to have these railings removed.

Are you able to advise further whether this road is owned by the council and thus falls within your responsibility?
