Hi Larry,

I appreciate all your efforts so far, but I still haven't heard back from your colleague, Garry Hamilton, despite multiple calls and emails. I reached out to Cadent Gas, but they don't have any work scheduled for the issue on Holmes Road. I also contacted Marlborough Highways, but they don't handle gas works, and it's been impossible to get through to British Gas. The hole has become a collection point for water and trash. When is the gas board diverting their pipes so the gutter/ gully is again created and the road safe again?

Could you escalate this matter to senior management? We've been left without any updates since May.
