Multiple properties flyposted

Reported via mobile in the Walls category anonymously at 18:12, Friday 30 August 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6418204.

Hello

I am incredibly surprised to say that for many months the council has ignored the flyposting problem. Even your portal here refuses to accept complaints for flyposting as an option.

It's not the only area defaced like this. It has remained an eyesore all this time, over months.

Flyposting is a crime as far as I see still. Unless I'm missing something about this please?

The overtly political and grotesque nature of this kind of messaging and the awful mess of ripped paper and potential attraction of unhygienic elements to this material next to homes and restaurants makes this more unpleasant for the community.

Yet no one from the council has cleaned these windows and properties up. This is distressing to see that this is spreading and not being addressed. Other flyposting has been dealt with, but this has been ignored.

My only question is why?

A number of locations are photographed below. I have many more photographs being the limit allowed here. I will pursue this issue.

Thank you,

Matthew
