Road between 53 and 65 Agar Grove

My flat is shaking constantly. I work from home on Flat 1, 59 Agar Grove. The HGV's and the double decker busses cause my flat to wobble constantly. However, there appears to be something seriously wrong beyond the large vehicles. The road is in such poor condition that the vehicles bump along it. But the shaking is felt a lot worse than seems normal. All cars cause it now. Several large cracks are present in the front garden wall, which shakes a lot as the cars go past, but the shaking is felt at the back of the garden also. Please don't ignore this - before long there will be structural issues with the properties on this road and the issue will become a lot more complicated for everyone. Either there is something wrong with the type of traffic allowed on the road, or the road has some structural issues underneath it, but the recent attempt at solving the problem with a single low speed hump has done absolutely nothing.
