Drain between Parliament Hill Mansions blocks 41 - 50 and 51 - 60

Hello - the drain between Parliament Hill Mansions blocks 41 - 50 and 51 - 60 is consistently blocked and overflows whenever ever there is rain, leaving sewage and a foul smell for nearby residents/tenants.

The drain is just inside the bin storage area between the two blocks of flats.

The issue has been going on for several months.

I have contacted Thames Water about the issue, but they have said that it is a drain on private property and the owner (Camden Council as Freeholder) should be contacted instead.

Please can someone be sent round to investigate and undo the blockage?

Note that the map function on this reporting system does not allow me to place the location exactly (it automatically moves the icon down toward the Southern end of Parliament Hill Mansions). The overflowing drain is the one between 41-50 and 51-60 Parliament Hill Mansions, NW5 1NA.
