Outside 26 Morwell Street and whole street

The drain/sewer in the whole of Morwell Street is stinking of sewerage. There is definitely faeces involved and it's an urgent public health/environmental health issue.

The smell is so bad getting inside the flats and offices and making people feel so ill, they can't stay inside.

It happened before, but went away - the workers on the construction site opposite said it was the worst thing they've ever smelled. It's been ongoing/intermittent for over 6 months now (so not weather related). The drain must be blocked and sewage somehow getting into it.
