On the pavement outside Truffles deli

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6345927.

This pavement and area around the manhole has been broken for many months. On Wednesday morning at 8.05am I tripped and fell smashing the left side of my face and left elbow on the cobbled stones. Had to go to hospital as in excruciating pain and was bleeding from a deep cut under my chin. Following x rays and CT scan they confirmed I have broken my jaw and radial bone in my elbow.
