Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6301894.

Builders sand has been spilt, swept or disposed of in the drain, blocking it. It appears completely blocked and will flood as soon as it rains as it is at the bottom of a hill. Work is being conducted on 1 Leighton grove, so these builders may know something. I am not saying they are responsible of course
