Lloud noise and digging statting before 8am

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6263424.

The roadworks and drilling into the ground keeps starting well before 8am evey morning. It is disrupting the whole street. We keep being awoken at 7am. Which is well before the legal time of work commencing. The holes in the street are dug up and left unattended for days with rubbish piling up inside them. It has been moving rodents and house pests into our homes. This needs to end we cannot live like this!!! There is no consideration for the residents affected by this work.
