I have reported this issue previously (14th April) advising that the drain had been filled in by left over bitumen when the road was resurfaced. Clearly this is an issue for the street as water cannot escape. What concerned me more is several basements were flooded in the street some 2 years ago and to think that this may contribute to sub-surface issues is a major concern. I can see you have closed my previous report despite no action being taken. I live in the street so can meet if needed.
