Cycle lane closed

Hi, the cycle lane is closed due to roadworks and the only indication I spotted is a sign stating temporary traffic lights for 26 weeks. The phases of the temporary traffic lights are very long and it looks like the cycle lane could be kept open, provided it was physically separated in the section that's single file. Cyclists have to wait for quite some time here.

The temporary traffic lights also mean that the right turn cycle lane onto Tapper Walk is usually blocked by northbound traffic. This is dangerous because it makes it impossible to see northbound traffic in the cycle lane. This area should be kept free from cars, perhaps by moving the temporary lights south by 20 metres.
