Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6205631.

The paving is raised and on the 10th of June I tripped over it and fell flat on my face. A man came and helped me up as I was finding it difficult to catch my breath. He pointed out the paving stone that I had tripped on. I had cuts and bruises to my face around the eye and hands and knees and hurt my toes on my left foot. I rang the council and spoke to someone to report it on the 12th June and the n man said someone would email me. I have not heard anything back and have tried to call on a number of occasions but keep getting cut off. My glasses are also all scratched and I can no longer wear them.
