I have reported this before but just walked along Blackburn Rd and the two gully covers are still blocked, you did send me an email to say it had been dealt with, I know it would not be a priority but I can assure you no water would be able to enter the drains with the covers been completely block, makes me think is it really worth bothering to report these things if such a simple job can't be dealt with.
