On Hilltop Road, last street light on the right as you head towards Sherrif Road
Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6147109.
The streetlight has not been working all of last week and the area is very dark at night. Please kindly fix this light as it was working and without it the area looks very unsafe at night. Thanks in advance for treating this as a matter of priority.

The street lighting team has attended, and this has been referred to UK Power Networks as it has a cable fault.

It's been almost a month now and nothing has been done about this. Can you please either get an update from UK Power Networks or provide me with a contact number and reference number to chase these people please ? Just saying it is a UK Power Network problem doesn't really resolve the issue as you can see. Thanks.

Over 2 months later and nothing has been fixed. Who is going to chase this please ? I asked for UK Network details, a reference number, anything and there is no response.
What happens next please ? How do we escalate this please ?

Today (Sunday 1st Sept 2024) I tried to call UK Power Networks to chase this myself. They need a reference number that Camden Council should have that shows you logged this with them and I don't have this.
Can you kindly provide the reference number that UK Networks provided you with when you logged this with them ?

Camden - it is completely unacceptable that these two street lights have not been fixed. The top of Hilltop Road is very dark at night time and this part of the street is sometimes used by drug addicts to buy drugs. By not fixing these lights you are encouraging this illegal behaviour. You owe a duty of care to us as residents and you are in breach of that duty by not ensuring that the street lights are working. You have had ample time to investigate and fix this issue (including dealing with any relevant third parties). Pls fix these light as a matter of urgency. People’s safety is put at risk by you continuing to fail to fix the problem.

It is dangerous and dark at night.
How long is this going to take ?

Still not working now in mid-September and this has been going on for month. The road is pitch dark and makes walking in area impossible at night (can't see anything at all).
