Loose, uneven and faulty manhole cover, creating an unexpected and hidden trip-hazard and posing a risk to pedestrians. This could cause a serious accident if the cover degrades any further.

  • TFL have been identified as the owner of the defective manhole cover and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to them under as an urgent 2 hour response - and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
