Junction of Chalk Farm road and Ferdinand road

Reported via mobile in the Temporary Traffic Lights category anonymously at 17:21, Tue 18 June 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6123955.

It has taken over 3 months to do a stretch of a couple of hundred yards of new cycle lane. Constant disruption and literally glacial pace of works. Somebody must be earning a lot of money out of this! New temporary traffic lights at the junction of Chalk Farm road and Ferdinand road are abysmal. All traffic backed up in either direction for no discernible reason. Random phasing of the lights make the traffic users very jumpy and liable to cause an accident. Currently 8 buses now queued for upwards of 20 minutes.
