It has been now over three months since these sunken, rocking manhole covers making banging noises were first reported. There are two next to each other and noises they make are affecting our every day life and sleep. Those are not Thames water manholes but when a similar problem was reported to Thames water they come to investigate the same day and fixed the problem/noises within days.
