Rose tree over grown.

Rose tree is overgrown and encroaching on Primrose Hill Rd. Coming from residence about half way down Meadow Bank. As has thorns could damage people's eye if the eyes get scratched. Inhibits the use of pavement for wheel chair and restricted sighted people.

    Still not sorted. Today saw a child caught by the thorns on the growth. This is going on for too long. Must be sorted before someone is hurt.

    There are multiple areas along this stretch of pavement where bushes etc overhang significantly. It doesn’t look like anything has been cut back.
