Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6000991.

The manhole cover belonging to G Networks on Malden Road (very close to Malden Wines and the fire access to Malden Place) remains unstable. It continues to 'clang' loudly every time a vehicle passes over it and it looks dangerous. This was notified to Camden Council in January this year and the case was closed as it was 'not Camden Council's responsibility'. The issue is ongoing. Please could you contact G Networks as a matter of urgency and ask them to return to their site to mend the manhole cover? Many thanks.

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. G Networks have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to them and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
