The trader Norwest Trading - is occupying most of the public footpath making it impossible to use especially during busy times. Pedestrians are forced onto the road into traffic to pass the establishment.

As shown in the photos, their bins occupy outside their demise. Forcing pedestrians into a heavy trafficked road to pass.

They have been trading like this for years, but with more people, scooters and wheelchairs it's making it very dangerous for people.
