The pavement is blocked by two large barrels and an barrels advertising board placed near the kerb blocking the way of pedestrians and vehicle occupants wishing to alight from their vehicle. The pavement should not be blocked by these things for the benefit of the shop. It is a restriction of the pedestrians highway
