I manage the basement flat at 55 Hatton Garden, the bathroom of this flat is directly under the pavement. Due to the paving being wobbly and unsecure a significant amount of water ingress and dampness is being caused. Please can you make sure the paving is refitted and is water tight. We have photo evidence of the damage caused if needed.
