The manhole cover is rocking, very dangerous when you walk over as one corner sinks and and the opposite corner is lifted high up.

  • BT/Openreach have been identified as the owner of the defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to BT Openreach under reference number OF-F00141372 and they have been asked to expediate all necessary remedial works.
