Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5981501.

Pitch black due to no light working in Pakenham Street of a night and with lots of screaming and shouting down the street after dark. It's very frightening and dangerous for any person walking down Pakenham Street alone after dark.
