Outside no. 54 Primrose Gardens

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5938540.

The slope going up to the pavement outside no. 54 is extremely uneven and dangerous and this caused me to have a bad fall this afternoon approx. 13.30pm. I hurt my palm of my hand, scraped my knee and I am still traumatized by the the fall. I also have a tense feeling at the top of my neck/ base of my cranial. I would like to make a serious complaint on the uneveness and dangerous state of the concrete slope.
