Ref : 5795802 I note this report has been closed, but the drains remain blocked & the potholes in the road have also not been fixed. Ref copy of message reported 2April. This matter is urgent as the blocked drains are causing flooding into my property. My entrance is on Westbere Road.

The drains on Westbere road outside my house are being blocked by lots of road gravel, because of all the pot holes, with all the wet weather. As you can see from the photos the drain is heavily blocked & needs urgent attention to avoid unnecessary flooding & damage to surrounding properties. This road has flooded quite a few times over the last 12 months. Hence with the increasing number of potholes on this road & loose gravel, I am very worried with how blocked the drains & conditions of the road. Appreciate your urgent attention to please have your team come out to unblock the drains and fix the potholes in the road to avoid any flooding issues. Thanks in advance.
