Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5881436.

This drain is blocked so storm water can't drain away in a deluge. I have removed leaves and litter but the drain is still unable to cope with a downfall. I believe that it needs to be unblocked in order for rain water to be able to wash away down this drain.
