Manhole and pavement outside 71 Lincolns Inn fields

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 11:36, Wed 17 April 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5864612.

The pavement outside 71 Lincolns Inn Fields on Gate St and Twyford Place. The gaps in the paving are causing major water ingress to the vaults of the building. Especially into the plant room where the electricity meter is located. The rain is causing massive damp issues within the building basement/vault areas on both sides. We suspect it is coming in through the broken cement around the man holes as shown in the pictures. Please can the council replace the cement and check all cement around paving stones on both sides of the building. This is a new issue as we have owned the building since 2008 without issue. It is the Council's responsibility to maintain the pavements and I'm getting no help from this fixmystreet software.
