Please help me, I don’t know where to report this dangerous cable left on the pavement. Was here in the last few months and can be very dangerous for the pedestrians and dogs , I don’t understand why someone can leave an electric cable just like this on the pavement. people can be electrocuted , I tried to call the council but the couldn’t help me Thanks
