This bike’s been here for at least a year. It’s locked to a bike rack. It’s missing its saddle and other main parts and is completely mangled and broken. Last time I reported it, the response was that it wasn’t something you dealt with. If it isn’t your responsibility, please could you let us know who to refer it to. Many thanks.
