In Marchmont st near Russell Square end, along where hotel is.

I reported this in August 2023 via X. I got not reply whatsoever. Now trying this way. At the base of the tree is a significant hole. Deep. It urgently needs fresh soil added for the health of the tree. I'm aware such a hole cd possibly be cause by rodents. If so that needs addressing too. I seen to recall I even saw a bit of cable at bottom of hole but I didn't recheck this point it this week when passed it. Please treat this asap as we need to protect tree which is doing a great job of helping cleaning up pollution and is lovely in itself. Thank you
