Towards the Kentish Town end of Leighton Road including on the pedestrian crossing.

Reported via desktop in the Potholes category anonymously at 12:09, Mon 1 April 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5790297.

Numerous large potholes along this stretch of the road, making it difficult to drive along and positively lethal for any cyclists! There are even some on top of the raised pedestrian crossing. The road needs a complete resurface, done properly please.

Updates

  • This part of the road really does need complete resurfacing, all the way up to Lady Margaret Road or even Leighton Grove. The bit between Leighton Grove and Brecknock road is fine. We were hoping this will be done as part of the Kentish Town bridge works but it was not. Is it possible to keep this report open and update it until this is done? We have spoken to a lot of people.in the neighbourhood and everyone agrees in how lethal those potholes are. Thank you.
