Between Hampstead School and 70 Westbere Road

Reported via desktop in the Potholes category anonymously at 19:00, Sunday 31 March 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5788627.

There have been potholes developing in the road for at least the last 6 months and have now got to the point where cars are swerving around large areas where the road is down to its original base with potholes running for over 50cm and at a depth of over 3 cm and up to 5 cm in places. The road is becoming one big pothole with areas subsiding and tarmac spread across the road.

Updates

  • These potholes are big enough to seriously damage a small car / potentially take out a tyre. They've been there for over a month and a half now. Not to mention the potholes being a hazard for pupils of Hampstead school on scooters/bicycles commuting to and from. Barnet council get your shit together.
