Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5777616.

There are cables and pipes coming out of the ground outside this converted property. The developer/landlord never finished the work, cables are still blocking the footpath and causing a considerable danger to pedestrians.

    Is this their idea of a solution? They've already caused considerable damage to the design of the terrace due to the loop hole in the law allowing them to change this prime retail site into a frankly awful flat. We are just asking they complete the work properly and don't leave it looking like a half completed site, which is what the neighbours have had to contend with for several years. Are they so tight they are unwilling to finish the work and cap off this pipe work? Or is this being left for digging out a bigger basement?
