Bollard removal...

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5734915.

The bollard at the south end of Albert Street at the junction with Mornington place has been removed. It's an unlocked bollard which we live very near to. Every day we see dozens of people (even delivery drivers) routinely lift the bollard out, drive through and replace it in position. Now, I suspect, it's been removed to spare people the effort. Please could the council team replace the bollard with one which is lockable, or consider some kind of CCTV solution that will stop people driving through?
