At the Royal College Street end of Baynes Street

Reported via desktop in the Road Defect category anonymously at 10:06, Fri 15 March 2024

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5716807.

A constant puddle in a narrow road. The road had sunk in that area and the puddle isn't due to a blocked drain as the drain is outside the area of the puddle. The water splashes pedestrians when cars drive through and now the puddle has spread to the other side of the road - probably due to cars driving through it. This isn't new problem but it has got worse and no longer dries up after a few days without rain. There is now a large pothole. I reported this some time ago and on 14/02/24 received an email stating that a crew had been sent and it was fixed. it wasn't and the crew was not seen on this site. The water is still lying on the road and the road is sinking. I was told that National Rail are planning some work but it can't be relevant as this problem is not near any National Rail property.
