Every car pass it make loud noise Day and night we live two doors away and our bedroom facing the rd It’s intolerable

  • The manhole outside Fire Station in West End Lane NW6 makes a very loud noise everytime a car or bus drives over it. Been like it for 2 weeks . Very difficult to sleep !!

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. Thames Water have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It has been reported to Thames Water and they have been informed us they will be carrying out all necessary remedial works. Their works ref MU113-00524808-00000002
