Utilities company have just finished working and the manhole cover has been badly installed - raised corner tripping hazard

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. BT/Openreach have been identified as the owner of the noisy / defective apparatus and are responsible for its maintenance. It was reported to BT Openreach - and they have carried out all necessary remedial works.
