Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5701110.

I had a serious fall and injury tripping over this badly repaired hole in the middle of the pathway , there were no warnings, it us very uneven with lumps of tarmac and bits of plastic .This was on the 11th February 2024
