Junction of Albert Street and Mornington Place

Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5697151.

The bollard is not fixed. It's routinely being removed for cars to drive through. Attached are photos of a Royal Mail van doing this. Lots of cars are driving through. It's causing a problem for traffic on Albert Street. It's dangerous for children as they think there won't be through traffic and there is increasingly through traffic moving the bollard to drive through. Please make the bollard fixed.
