Sent to Camden Borough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5631006.

The zebra crossing needs to have black bags over the yellow light spheres, cars are stopping for pedestrians as it’s not clear to car drivers it is closed. Even when pedestrians are waiting for the green man!! 20 minutes to move 50 meters. Complete chaos that I keep trying to report and your traffic advisors keep apparently saying is ok. They need to go there at busy times!! It’s atrocious planning. It’s already been a huge problem for two weeks which the council keep saying is resolved and it is not.
