Sent to Camden Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5627181.

The edge of the manhole cover has been concreted over so the cover cannot be lifted over. Thames Water came to read the water meter in Feb and couldn’t lift it. The manhole contains the stopcocks to the 4 flats in 5 Fawley rd so if there is a water leak the water cannot be turned off and more damage will ensue. There is a small leak into the ground floor flat at present and in order to investigate this and possibly repair it we will need to turn the water off.
