Cycle lane going East on Prince of Wales Rd at lights before junction with Grafton

Although I love the new cycle lane generally, in this particular spot the cycle infrastructure doesn't make sense - the raised divider in between the cycle lane and the motor traffic does not allow bikes to filter into the cycle reservoir in order to turn right safely ahead of traffic. I think it must be a mistake and the divider should have ended sooner to allow cycle traffic to turn safely from the cycle reservoir.
